Peace, Love, & Books - Welcome to Our Groovy Book Fair!

The Scholastic Book Fair will be held at OES Monday, March 21st through Friday, March 25^th(8 am) in the Media Center. Each classroom will be visiting the Book Fair for 25 minutes. The schedule is listed below. The Book Fair will also be open from 6:00-6:30 pm on Tuesday evening (as well as for a brief time following the PTA meeting) if you would like to shop with your child. The attached flyer shows a sample of what will be available for sale. In addition, if you would like to help in buying books for your child’s classroom, a teacher wish list will be available at the fair. Profits from the fair will go towards purchasing new library books. Thanks for your support!

We also invite students to participate in Groovy Day by dressing up in appropriate “hippie” attire on Thursday, March 24^th! Tie-dyed peace sign necklaces will be sold for $1 during the Book Fair, with all proceeds going to Relay for Life & the American Cancer Society (see attached flyer).
