OAKLAND ELEMENTARY
SUMMER 2015
v
Oakland
Elementary (K – 3rd graders only): This year for summer reading, students will be going on a treasure hunt
and will complete a treasure map. Parents must write the date in each box
as the activity is completed and then sign at the bottom of the map before it
is returned in August. All maps
must be turned in to the media center by Friday, August 21st to
receive prizes. Summer reading is
extremely important to help maintain what your child has learned this year and
to help prepare him/her for next school year.
Have a great summer, and READ, READ, READ! (EXTRA COPIES OF THE TREASURE MAP ARE IN THE FRONT OFFICE AT OES.)
