SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR – OCTOBER 2022

We are excited about our upcoming
fall Book Fair! Students that bring
money (most books are at least $5) will be able to shop at the book fair
during their class’s weekly scheduled library time. The fair will run for one week, from October
17 - 21. SALES TAX MUST BE
ADDED TO PURCHASES THIS YEAR!
Unfortunately, parents will not be able to shop with their children
during the school day unless you sign up to volunteer for a time slot through
our PTA and have completed a District Two background check. However, if you would like to shop with your
child, the fair will be open to families during Parent/Teacher Conferences on
TUESDAY, 10/18 from 2:00-5:30 pm. In
addition, an online shopping option is available from October 13th –
26th at https://www.scholastic.com/bf/oaklandelementaryschool2.
You can also add money to your child’s eWallet at this OES Scholastic
site (see back of this flyer for info on the eWallet). Please make sure that you are linked to
Oakland when you shop online. We
appreciate your support of our Scholastic Book Fair!
